Once an order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery time. Please allow between 4-6 weeks for delivery of a standard product and 8-12 weeks for delivery of a custom piece. An email will be sent regarding tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Delivery includes the transport and installation of your product. Please ensure you are available to receive the product at the time slot communicated to you and the space your products are going to be placed is clear. Please advise of any special accommodations required in your home. Delivery costs will be calculated automatically upon check-out.
If you choose to pick up your purchase, we request you arrange the pick-up at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to prepare the product for you. Customers are responsible for any product damaged caused in loading, transport and unloading if elected to pick up and transport on their own.

Please note that customers are responsible for providing any packing supplies required in the transport. We ask that you pick up or have your furniture delivered within 30 days of confirmation it is ready. After 30 days we will charge for storage based on square footage of the order.
We deliver the furniture to your home and place items in the room of your choice. Our delivery team is top notch and ensures floors are protected from point of entry to the interior location, unwraps each piece, ensures the product is clean and presentable. White Glove Service include removal of all packaging materials from your home.
We will set up a time that works for you, and our personnel will deliver your furniture within a two hour delivery window.
Our deliveries are completed by Cocoon warehouse employees as well as trusted delivery service providers. All delivery personnel are highly experienced and knowledgeable about the furniture they are delivering.
Please ensure the intended location for the items in the delivery is cleared of any old furniture or other items before your set delivery time. Our delivery personnel will not remove any old furniture or move pieces other than those items being delivered.
For smaller orders that don’t require a full white-glove service delivery, we offer courier services to your door through trusted delivery partners. These deliveries will be scheduled by the courier service directly and a tracking number will be provided. This option can be selected at the check-out when your order is placed.
