I see a product that I like but I want it in a different finish or fabric, is this possible?

Many of our products are customizable so this most likely is possible. If you would like more information about what features are customizable click "Ask Cocoon" on the product page, fill out your information and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote by clicking "Ask Cocoon" on a product page and filling out your information. You can also put items into your wish list, click "email list to a friend" and email the list to info@cocoonfurnishings.ca.

If the product has a price on the website page, why should I request a quote?

Many of our furniture pieces are customizable with different finishes, fabrics, and other features. The price you see on the website is usually a starting price, please request a quote to find out about the different possibilities.

How do I add an item to my wish list?

When you see an item you would like to keep available, click the heart icon or “add to wish list" under the item. You can find these saved items in your "wish list" or when you click the heart icon at the top of the page.

I have an idea of a product I want but I can't find it, what do I do?

Shipping

When will my item ship?

Once an order is placed, you will receive an estimated delivery time. We usually ship items to Cocoon first and then send them out to you after inspection, please allow between 4-6 weeks for delivery of a standard product.

What are my options for shipping?

You can have the item delivered to your house or you can pick it up from our warehouse. Visit Shipping + Delivery for more information.

Will you install a piece in my house for me?

Maybe.

I am not an accredited designer, can I have access to Cocoon Inner Circle?

The Inner Circle is only available to accredited designers, decorators, architects and residential builders. However, you can visit our Resource Center to see what is available to all customers.
