At Cocoon Furnishings we inspect every item before it leaves our location. In the unfortunate event that a product purchased from Cocoon does not meet your expectations, we will be happy to help you find a solution. Please consult our return policy below. Regular-priced goods purchased online can be returned by mail or in person to our store for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date with the original receipt included in your shipment.
We do not refund original shipping charges and we do not pay for return shipping.
In stock furniture, in stock rugs, lamps, accessories: Undamaged regular priced goods can be returned for a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date with the original receipt. Returns after 7 days and up to 30 days from the purchase date, a credit note will be issued and must be redeemed within 12 months of the issue date.
Unopened bedding products can be returned following our regular return policy (see Showroom Products). Opened and/or used bedding products are not eligible for return/refund. BED PILLOWS, FEATHERBEDS, MATTRESS PADS, DUVETS, PILLOW & MATTRESS PROTECTORS, SOAPS, CANDLES, CLEANING PRODUCTS. These items are not eligible for return or refund.
All special order and custom products require a 50% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and the items are final sale and non-returnable.
All items purchased at a sale price, whether purchased online or in-person at our store, are final sale and are not returnable or refundable.
Any damage or defects must be brought to the attention of a Cocoon Furnishings sale representative within 24 hours of receiving an online purchase or having purchased the item in our store. Please contact us at: +1(905)-829-2780. At that time we will discuss options for finding a solution.
