Re: Update on Cocoon Showroom & Deliveries

We have decided to cease all showroom visits at this time for the sake of employee and customer safety, it's the right decision. We have a core team on site who can assist your phone calls, emails and website inquiries and the balance of our team are also available, albeit remotely. You can reach them by contacting them directly via email or phone or through the showroom communication system.

Here are the ways that we can continue to work with you:

1. Our showroom is closed to customer visits for the time being but is going to be operating on a limited resource basis as several of our staff are continuing with internal operations. So much of what we can do for you can be done over the phone, email or website; and we encourage you to reach us that way. We can courier samples to you and email information and images as required. We can also do a virtual walk-thru the showroom with you via Facetime™. We will let you know as soon as we are able to allow visitors back into the showroom.

2. We are prioritizing and limiting our product delivery schedule and will work with our customers on a case-by-case basis to provide the best delivery options available. If you want to pick-up of items at the showroom please schedule this with us and we will bring the items to your car. There will be no need to come into the showroom.

3. We are still receiving products from our vendors and in most cases our manufacturers are still in operation, processing orders, building products and shipping the finished items. Our custom case goods and table line (CASE) is still very much active and we have our team available to create custom pieces for you. Just email us your spec's, we will draw them up and quote, and if it's a go, we will get it into production. Things are still happening and we are trying to be creative but safe to meet your needs.
